Im no were near as a good as you, even though i do have an illegally owned version of Photoshop CS3

I use WowModelViewer to get the character, then just trick it into PS ans twist some effects around. Dont know how to tell you though, as i just make them without thinking nowadays mate. Look at some tutorials on Youtube and you'll be golden
